A great LCHF Pizza recipe.
100 ml ground almond
100 ml coconut flour
4 teaspoons psyllium husk (fibre husk)
Salt, pepper, oregano
- Mix all the ingredients of the pizza base together.
- Put the mix on an oven tray and make a nice and even thin base. Let the base cook in the oven for around 7 minutes at 200 C. Take it out of the oven and spread the tomato paste evenly over it.
- Add the toppings and the grated cheese on top together with salt, pepper and oregano. Bake in the oven for 10 – 15 minutes.
