A great LCHF Pizza recipe.

  • Pizza Base
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 ml ground almond
  • 100 ml coconut flour
  • 4 teaspoons psyllium husk (fibre husk)
  • oregano
  • Toppings
  • Fresh mozarella
  • Salami
  • Red pepper
  • Tomato paste
  • Grated cheese
  • Salt, pepper, oregano


  1. Mix all the ingredients of the pizza base together.
  2. Put the mix on an oven tray and make a nice and even thin base. Let the base cook in the oven for around 7 minutes at 200 C. Take it out of the oven and spread the tomato paste evenly over it.
  3. Add the toppings and the grated cheese on top together with salt, pepper and oregano. Bake in the oven for 10 – 15 minutes.
